Our emergency shelter program and crisis line are operating as usual with no disruption to services. We are committed to keeping all people safe in every way. Our 24-hour crisis line is available to all people who are struggling, overwhelmed or need safety during this difficult time. We are here to support you should you need someone to talk to, someone to listen or a safe place to stay.
DONATION PROTOCOL UPDATE
In an effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 we have altered our donation protocols and procedures.
In order for us to continue to operate shelter services, we are committed to reducing the risk of COVID-19 infections in our team and our families. This means limiting contact with others as much as possible, including in-person donations. If you would like to support us please consider donating online. If donating in person is your preferred method please contact the shelter at 403-934-6634 ex. 0 to speak to a staff member who can provide details on our current donation protocols.
